FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
+ IS LAGREE THE SAME THING AS PILATES?
No. Although they may look the same on the outside, they have completely different principles. Pilates focuses on breathing, concentration, control, centering, and postural alignment. While Lagree focuses on some of these principles as well, the method is based on 5 core elements; form, range of motion, resistance, duration, and tempo. In Lagree we move at a faster pace, stressing a high-intensity workout with little impact, aiming to keep your heart-rate up throughout the duration of class.
+ IT’S MY FIRST CLASS WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled class so that our instructors can introduce the machine to you, go over any questions you may have and sign a waiver. Please understand that if you show up after class has started for your first class we will not allow you to join class. This is for your own safety and the safety of the other members in class.
We recommend you bring:
- A water bottle to stay hydrated (we have some available for purchase in the studio)
- Grip socks (these are required, no exceptions) Don’t have any? We have some available for purchase at the studio.
+ HOW DO I SCHEDULE A CLASS?

If someone from the waitlist takes your spot, you will not lose a class from your package or pass. If no one takes your spot, you will lose a class from your package or pass, or be charged a no show fee of $20 if you have the monthly unlimited package. + WHERE DO I PARK?
There is a parking lot in front of the studio!
+ WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel without any fees up to 12 hours before your class starts, and you will not lose a class from your package/ pass or be charged a late fee.
If you have a class package or a monthly pass and cancel within that 12-hour window, you will lose a class from your package or pass.
If you have a monthly unlimited package and cancel within that 12-hour window, you are charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
